POSITION SUMMARY
The General Manager role for Smarte Carte at the West Edmonton Mall is a hands-on position that requires the GM to be on the floor assisting guests, repairing equipment while also managing the operation. The GM is responsible for ensuring increasing levels of customer satisfaction and employee engagement while building a culture of accountability, performance and integrity. The GM is responsible for the locations P&L, achieving annual revenue and EBITDA goals as well as improving the efficiency of labor, materials and equipment. The GM is a highly visible position, which will drive value and significantly impact bottom-line profitability at Smart Carte, with potential to advance to more management opportunities.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree or 5+ years' experience in an operationally-oriented management role is preferred.
