Pay Range

The Restored Home and Safer Places Program Supervisor for the Region of Peel is responsible for leading a team of cleaners, home support workers and a Mental Health Case worker to assist individuals and families at risk of homelessness due to unsafe, unsanitary and hoarding living conditions. The supervisor will conduct in-home assessments, develop client-centered care plans, and coordinate appropriate wraparound services including extreme cleaning, home support and hoarding intervention services. Additionally, they will provide short-term case coordination ensuring that clients receive the necessary support to maintain safe and stable housing.
This is a full-time contract position that requires travel throughout the Peel Region: Mississagua, Brampton, Caledon including the priority neighborhoods of Cooksville, Port Credit and Malton.
Key Areas of Accountability:
Responding to all inquiries and providing information on VHA's services, explaining VHA services, and policies.
Conducts in-home client visits and completes documentation for service plans.
Collects and maintains information on community services for reference of VHA employees, clients and the general public.
Ensures that funder targets are met.
Completes and update ongoing documentation of client contacts and ensure that client file is kept up to date.
Conducting Field Supervision on all clients receiving services.
Supervision of Extreme Cleaners, Clutter Coach and Home Support Workers.
Participation in Quality Improvement project teams as appropriate.
Supporting service outreach development and marketing.
