Customer Service, Call Centre, and Cargo Agent (Williams Lake) (Administrative)
Pacific Coastal Airlines is seeking a permanent part-time on-call (up to 20 hours per week) Customer Service, Call Centre, and Cargo Agent based in Williams Lake. We are seeking a candidate who is looking to enjoy a family-oriented, dynamic, and rewarding work environment. We are excited to welcome safety-oriented and customer service-minded individual to continue their career with our company.
Pacific Coastal Airlines is headquartered at the South Terminal building at Vancouver International Airport. We fly scheduled and charter service between busy international airports, remote destinations in beautiful province of British Columbia.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has excellent phone and people skills and enjoys working in an ever-changing environment where multi-tasking and flexibility are the key attributes.
Note: Call Centre duties will be the primary (75%) responsibility of this role.
