Director of Supply Chain Operations & Engineering (Project Management)

As director of supply chain operations and engineering, you will bring our vision of enriching lives through technology to life by driving innovative strategies and solutions that ensure timely, efficient product delivery to our customers.
We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes. Some travel may be required to our distribution centres across Canada, based on business needs.
What you'll do as a director, supply chain operations and engineering:
Oversee supply chain operations, supply chain PMO and DC/network engineering teams
Identify and implement industry best practices and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and meet evolving customer needs
Manage relationships and negotiate contracts with third-party partners
Lead operational and transformational projects across transportation, fulfillment, and customer delivery
Oversee DC and network engineering teams on continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), space and labor optimization, and data and P&L analysis
Lead labor standards management, capacity planning, network forecasting, associate onboarding, and tech implementation
Manage the supply chain PMO team in coordinating cross-functional initiatives and contingency planning
Collaborate with senior leaders and executives in new initiatives prioritization, business case approvals and stakeholder management
What we are looking for:
5 + years of leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment operations
5 + years leading, inspiring and developing a team of industrial engineering and analytics professionals
Proven experience in contract negotiation and third-party logistics (3PL) vendor management
Strong decision-making and prioritization skills, with the ability to lead through change and confidently present to senior leadership
Experience in leading teams with Lean Six Sigma and PMP expertise

Annualized base pay range
$132,000.00 - $155,000.00This role has bonus components in addition to annualized base pay.Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
