Planner II (Finance)
The Planner II (Resource Planning) - 36 Month Limited Term, supports all ship new construction programs by developing and managing the shipbuilding labor resource plans. The Planner II (Resource Planning) is responsible to distribute the contract budget as per the Program/Project Plan, develop project staffing and trades plans by resource type to report and advise the short, medium, and long-term requirements. The role is also responsible for creating resource performance metrics and analyzing of possible resource gaps.
Note: This position is a 36-month limited term role with eligible benefits and 3 weeks' vacation. This position also qualifies for optional hybrid work. Employee will be subject to the terms of the Flexible Work Policy Agreement.
What you'll do:
The estimated salary for this position is $76,500-$93,500. In determining final salary, Seaspan considers many factors including the successful Candidate's skillset and experience as well as position location and internal equity. The final base salary offer will be at the Company's sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.
