Pay Range
Commensurate with experience
Key Areas of Accountability
Provide access to/greet people entering office in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer incoming calls to office and redirect to appropriate staff as needed.
Communicate with building maintenance/property management when needed.
Coordinate PPE ordering, distribution and inventory.
Maintain phone list and fan out list for team.
Maintain/monitor vacation calendar to ensure full coverage.
Connect with funding sources to obtain missing paperwork or reports and assist with billing discrepancies.
Communicate with funders, suppliers, vendors, clients, caregivers and other SPOs.
Cover coordination (ex: Admit and assign clients), Health Records/Admin Clerk (ex: Process HPG frequencies and updates) and other duties as needed.
Ensure MOW (Modified Workers) come on time and leave on time and they are doing what has been assigned to them.

Required Qualifications
Community College diploma in an administrative or business related discipline, as recognized by the Province of Ontario combined with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in assisting and supporting at a senior management level.
Demonstrated commitment to client and family-centered care and providing great customer service to clients and staff/service providers and external stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively under pressure within a fast paced team environment.
Exceptional customer/client service skills.
High degree of accuracy and detail-oriented – excellent grammar and spelling essential.
Advanced knowledge working with Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, outlook and other office automation equipment.
Excellent keyboarding skills.
Exceptional organization and time management including the ability to handle multiple tasks in an efficient manner.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) are required, including ability to compose letters and reports.
Experience in supporting data entry, analysis and reporting.
Good analytical skills and ability to deal with inquiries within the scope of this position.
Satisfactory completion of the technical skills testing is required.
