Systems Specialist (Maintenance)

Koch Fertilizer in Brandon, Manitoba Canada is looking for an energetic, highly organized individual to join its Maintenance team as a Systems Specialist to help manage the Turnaround documents while also ensuring accuracy, quality and integrity.
Our Team
The focus of this role will be to centralize records and equipment files used by turnaround, maintenance and operations personnel, primarily in an electronic format, so that they are current, accurate and easily accessible to customers.
This will be a full-time permanent position, Monday - Friday following standard business hours.
What You Will Do
- Maintain and centralize records and equipment files utilizing Vault and BIM360
- Consolidate, organize and maintain electronic job books for Turnaround, utilizing Procore or relative systems
- Assist with Electronic Inspection templates
- Perform quality checks on scanned documents
- Self-directed, able to work independently and be highly motivated
- Detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy; comfortable handling confidential and sensitive documents according to policy
- Demonstrated work ethic and high degree of organizational and time management skills
- Able to coordinate and communicate clearly within team settings
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Education (ie. GED)
- (1) year of administrative or document control experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and other Microsoft Applications
What Will Put You Ahead
- Certificate in Office or Business Administration
- Experience working with Maximo (CMMS) and Procore
- Experience working in Vault and BIM360
