Marketing Campaigns Manager (Marketing)

You will focus on managing complex workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-impact, data-driven campaigns. You will have hands-on responsibilities for creating compelling content and email marketing assets. And applying expertise in market research, consumer insights and data analysis, you will improve campaigns and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
Location: You will be based in our Toronto, Montreal or Quebec City office and will work in a hybrid model.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Manager, Marketing Campaigns.
Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
With responsibility for every stage of campaign development, from brainstorming and design to execution and measurement, the Marketing Campaign Manager ensures our campaigns deliver measurable results and achieve business growth.
Lead the development and implementation of all strategic marketing campaigns across Marketing, inclusive of acquisition, cross-sell/upsell and retention efforts.
Conduct customer and market analysis to create data-driven campaign plans.
Work with Product Marketing Manager counterparts to ensure campaign strategies align with product positioning, messaging and overall go-to-market projects. And use product marketing insights to tailor campaigns to specific audience segments and priorities.
Build persona-based buyer journeys to serve as the foundation for campaign strategy.
Collaborate on the development of campaign briefs, ensuring a unified approach.
Lead the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, digital, social media, and paid media, to maximize campaign reach and engagement.
Lead campaign-related content and asset development, including writing and editing engaging content for email, landing pages, and other campaign assets, tailored to specific target audiences, and collaborating with design teams to ensure campaign visuals align with messaging and brand standards.
Develop email marketing strategies and manage email campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance against defined goals, success metrics and KPIs, to ensure understanding of organizational goals.
Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing campaigns to guide, test, learn, and improve. Conduct A/B testing across all channels.
Report on performance results of all campaigns within scope, including delivering insights and applicable recommendations to improve future efforts.
Your Moneris Career - What you bring
Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Marketing
Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution
Minimum of 5+ years of marketing campaign development, with a focus on digital marketing, customer engagement and success
Experience through multi-channel campaigns
Expertise in campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple marketing channels.
Proficiency in creating compelling content and email copy that creates engagement and conversions.
Knowledge of analytics tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
Familiar with marketing regulations, like CASL and CAN-SPAM
Experience with HTML/CSS to format, create emails and Experience in Email Marketing platforms (i.e. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot)
Familiar with Salesforce CRM and Google Analytics
Understanding of relevant KPIs across lead generation (opens, clicks, leads, opportunities, closed-wons), cross-sell/upsell (product adoption rates, growth in average order value), retention (improvement in merchant attrition rates and customer lifetime value (CLV)), and efficiency (campaigns delivered on time, within budget, and achieving targeted ROI).
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and verbal), bilingual in French is considered an asset
Ability to analyze campaign performance, make data driven recommendations and tactics for optimization.
Project management skills, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, while being attentive to details.
